Huge facility with indoor walking track. I joined because I like walking but was always dealing with the heat and the weather outside. They have a indoor walking track on the second floor of the building that is a padded material that is comfortable to walk on. The facility is air conditioned and there are water fountains and bathrooms on the second floor, which makes it perfect for walking for long periods like I do.

Overpriced for a place with old/missing equipment. Full of teenagers on their phones taking snaps while hoarding all the machines and paying $25 per month (family plan for multiple dependents) while you will be paying $80-90 since you are an adult. Every 6 months they will increase the price since more people will cancel their membership, but instead of charging more for the family plans with kids/dependents, they increase the prices for the adults/couples only. Stayed there for over 4 years because there was not really any other option close by, and never saw a new machine being added. All that we got were older machines coming from other facilities. Frequently you will see kids in flip-flops, 10, 11, 12 year-olds on the weight room taking space while you have to wait, and the staff doesnโ€™t care about it. Pool reservations are a joke. People reserve lanes days ahead and donโ€™t show up, and there is no โ€œpunishmentโ€ for doing that. It is very hard to find a lane to reserve, but then you go the pool and the lanes are empty, because folks donโ€™t come. I talked to a team member once about it and they told me โ€œmanagement knows it and doesnโ€™t want to do anything about itโ€. If you have a fa

Love gym. Clean. Organized. People actually put their weights back appropriately. Nice spa area. Half court basketball gym. Always has fresh towels for working out or the shower.

This gym is awesome! I had the pleasure of visiting my friends in NC the past few weeks and loved this gym. It is very low key and has plenty of equipment. Personal shoutout for the standing leg curl, I will not be getting over this soon and wish my gym had one! They also have an indoor track and pool. Clean and the 6am crew was fairly light so able to get an entire workout in without having to wait.

Great Gym for the locality. Contrary to some of the reviews, I found equipments well maintained in alignment with nationwide chains. There may be more teenagers, though could be a sign of young and healthy Community overall. Pros: Pleasant staff Rock climbing Swimm pool Cons: Only found in some of previous reviews.
